The Fuel Distributor is a precise fuel metering device used on early Bosch mechanical fuel injection systems. Failure of this component can cause rough running, stalling and no start condition.
The Python Plus Fuel Distributor
Units are disassembled and casings are inspected for damaged surface areas.
Housing bodies are inspected to insure flat mating surfaces.
Internal O-rings are replaced
Individual internal port valves and spring assemblies inspected and replaced if not within OEM specifications.
Diaphragm separating lower and upper housing is replaced with new diaphragm.
Plunger is inspected and reconditioned to OEM specifications.
Final assembled unit is tested on proprietary Python testing equipment for the following:
